A: Franchisees are awarded franchise rights for a specific area, usually based on postcode.

A: Understanding an area is vital when setting up a Franchise. If you already have experience of a particular area and wish to set up a Swimming Pool Franchise to maximise your local knowledge then we would look favourably at that location.

Gross Revenues are calculated every year on a calendar-year basis. At the beginning of each calendar, the Royalty Fee is re-established at 9%.

A: H2oFun will provide initial training, which is conducted at various locations prior to the new store opening. Training will include Product, Management, Sales and Business training. Further onsite training is also provided once the site is open.

Q: Is there a cost to attend the initial training?

A: The cost for the initial training for the prospective franchisee/licensee and staff is included in the initial franchise fee. However, the prospective franchisee/licensee is responsible for all other expenses incurred while attending training, including travel costs, room and board expenses, and employee salaries.
